super tiring!

savior of my super tiring days.
these few days woke up around 5am and slept for 4-5 hours only. man, i looked soo 'chan' and old now.. :(

seminars were held in Cititel these 2 days.
the food there are suck to max!
some tasteless, some too diabetic, some too diluted etc.
desserts really disappointing lo.. SIGH~

'm going to bed now.. sooo sleepy.
